The Hornbach AG had Major issues the last few years on the digital sector. My task was a comprehensive competitors analysis, to see the differences, weeknes and strength of Hornbach compared to their main competitors. I developed a new scientific method, that gives the company a tool, to track, measure and improve their output based on those results. I also defined different metrics and the results were presented as detailed info graphics, to help to understand the results better.
