Telekom - Live Berater

I had an idea for a digital product and teamed up with an agency in Berlin and a software company in Kassel to make this product happen. I was Lead UX and did the admin and the user concept as well as a prototype. This product is now part of the B2B portfolio of the Deutsche Telekom and is very successful.
